How It Works
Simple, supportive, no surprises. Here’s what to expect when you work with Clear Path.
Getting started is easy
1
Book a Free 15-Minute Consult
This is just a conversation.
You’ll tell us what’s going on, we’ll ask a few questions, and we’ll figure out together whether we can help—and if so, how.
No commitment. No pressure. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you.
2
Complete a Brief Intake Form
Before our first paid session, we’ll send you a short form to gather some background. This helps us prepare and make the most of our time together.
Everything you share is confidential. Read our confidentiality commitment
3
Meet (Virtually or In-Person)
We’ll dive into your situation, answer your questions, and work together on whatever you need—whether that’s understanding a report, preparing for a meeting, or figuring out next steps.
Most families meet virtually via online meeting. In-person sessions are available in Calgary or further afield with travel expenses.
4
Get Clear on Next Steps
Every session ends with clarity on what to do next. You’ll leave with action items, resources, or a plan—not more confusion.
5
Follow Up as Needed
Some families need one session. Others benefit from ongoing support. We’ll work together to figure out what makes sense for you.
Your free 15-minute consult
What actually happens on the call.
What we’ll cover:
- What’s going on with your child and what’s worrying you
- What you’ve already tried
- What you’re hoping to get help with
- Whether Clear Path is the right fit (we’ll be honest)
- What working together would look like
What we won’t do:
- Pressure you to book
- Make you feel judged
- Give you a sales pitch

What you’ll experience
👂
Being heard
We listen first. You’ll have space to share what’s really going on without being rushed or dismissed.
💡
Getting clarity
Even in 15 minutes, you’ll start to see the situation more clearly and understand your options.
📌
Knowing what’s next
You’ll leave knowing what a next step could be—whether that’s working with us or not.
Ready to take the first step?
A 15-minute conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. But it might be the start of finally feeling like you have a path forward.
