Meet the Team

We’re educators, advocates, and parents—just like you.

Faye

Founder & Education Navigator

With over 15 years in education—including time as a school administrator—I’ve seen the system from the inside. I know how schools work, what they can and can’t provide, and how to communicate effectively with teachers and administrators.

But more importantly, I’m a mom. My own kids have ADHD and learning differences, and I’ve navigated those same overwhelming meetings, confusing acronyms, and sleepless nights wondering if I’m doing enough.

I started Clear Path because I know how much parents need someone in their corner—someone who understands both the education system AND what it feels like to advocate for a child who learns differently.

Stephanie

Learning Coach & Assessment Specialist

My background is in special education and learning assessment. I’m a certified Level B assessor, which means I can help families understand how their child learns through professional academic assessments.

I’m also mom to a twice-exceptional learner—gifted in some areas, struggling in others. I know firsthand how frustrating it is when your child is “too smart to need help” according to the system, but clearly needs support.

My role at Clear Path is to help families get clarity through assessment and to provide ongoing learning support. I believe every child can thrive when we understand how they learn best.

Our approach

We believe in collaboration, not confrontation. Working with schools—not against them—gets better results for your child.

We listen first

Every family is different. We take time to understand your specific situation before making recommendations.

We empower you

Our goal is to build your confidence and skills so you can advocate independently. We work ourselves out of a job.

We’re honest

If we can’t help or if you need a different kind of support, we’ll tell you. No sales pitches, just straight talk.
